Dunkin’ Donuts

I come to this location at least 3 times a week. On several different occasions the store was still closed past there open time. Today when I went they had the close sign lit, but I saw people coming and going so I went in too. They were open so I told the woman working that her closed sign was on and she just blew it off. The man behind me told the woman the same thing and she responded by telling him «yea I left it that way for a reason». Not sure what that reason could possibly be other than trying to push away buisness so she didn’t have to work! They get my order wrong often and the 1 time I got a bagel from there they burnt it so bad I couldn’t even bite it. I left to get to work then had to turn around and go back to have them remake it. There is only 1 friendly person that works there and when she is there things are ok. She’s the manager so when she isn’t there it’s like the whole place falls apart. It’s almost worth driving the extra few minutes to go to the Starbucks down the road.

Staff here was far from friendly, we waited a long time for our 2 coffees and my ICED caramel macchiato was served to me steaming hot with ice on the top. Also, last time I checked this is not what a macchiato looks like…

This DD is alway crowded and way too loud. Service is sloppy, but unfortunately the only DD for miles. Always check your order before leaving as I have been given the wrong drinks and seen others given the wrong food and drink.

Friendly staff, great location, always clean and coffee and food tastes great! I love the atmosphere in this location better than the other local ones.
