Worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food place. We were the only ones there and waited for TEN minutes before anyone helped us. One of the ladies glanced at us a few times and said nothing and then slowly walked towards us as if she was walking to her execution. Then, she stopped and turned around and was gone for a few minutes before coming back. Absolutely horrible, slow, and rude staff. The only reason we didn’t leave is because I had just dropped off my car for a one hour service next door and had nowhere to take my 2 year old. Will never come back.

I’ve tried to give this place a shot 3 different times, and all three times the employees were rude and lazy. If they don’t feel like making what you ask for, they will say they are out of it. Also, during the evening hours they will shut off the lights and lock the door hours before scheduled closing. ALWAYSRUDEEMPLOYEESANDALWAYSOUTOFEVERYTHING. 31 flavors… whatever.

Saturday mornings are busy. But they are SHIIIITTTYYYYYYYY if there is no proactive shift lead. This location needs to fire and rehire shift leaders. There are people willing to work and lead the college/high school kids that work here. The franchisee for this location is kind of setting our youth up for failure in the workplace.

It’s a dunkin! Show up early and get whatever you want. Show up late and be stuck with the worse flavors of bagels and donuts there is~

I came to this location at 9:10pm and it was closed. Everywhere online it says they were open till 10pm, even the sign on the door said 10pm. I’m very unhappy. Very unprofessional. Employee inside said they were closed and refused to continue dialog with us. Never again.

Came at 9:15pm and the place was closed. Lady sitting inside did not care at all. If you advertise open until 10pm you should stay open until that time.

Don’t go to this location if you want anything that typical locations would have. They never have the ice cream flavors that you request, they’re usually out of all the sundae toppings, and customer service is a thing of the past. Just steer clear.

Behold the slowest drive through you’ve ever been stuck in. Please don’t scratch your head and then touch my food.

Quick, friendly service. Its a typical Dunkin Donuts so you know the drill. No need to write much more. I have always used the drive thru so i cannot tell you about the inside. They do take money off the combo when you decline those belly busting tater tots. The access to the drive thru is a little goofy not bad though.

I picked up an ice cream cake from there today for my son’s birthday. It was beautifully made, the staff was friendly and they were able to cater to peanut allergies.

This is a sad excuse for a Baskin Robbins /Dunkin Donuts. I have visited this location twice for donuts and both times they were out of all but a couple flavors. Today, a friend and I decided to we wanted some ice cream. Unfortunately this is the closest location for ice cream to my house. Despite previous bad experiences, we gave it a try. Who could possibly mess up a brownie sundae and a couple scoops of ice cream? Apparently Lisa at Baskin Robbins can. After requesting a brownie sundae, poor Lisa gave us a blank stare and stated they didn’t have brownies. After asking for a scoop of peanut butter chocolate, we had to point out which one that was. Then we asked for an Oreo sundae and she had to ask someone else to help her make it. The other server pointed at a picture of the Reese’s sundae and said, «like that, but with Oreos». Since they were also out of hot fudge, she put a few dried chunks of fudge in the bottom of the cup, filled it the rest of the way with Cookies and Cream ice cream and put… peanut butter… on top. Finally, when she rang our order up, we had to tell her more than once what we had ordered(which was what she had JUST made). We’ll be OK with driving a bit farther for ice cream or donuts next time.

Great service and very convenient. Only down side is their prices just went up about 20%, so your breakfast sandwich combo now is between $ 6.00& $ 7.00.

It’s a dunkin donuts… I’m not sure what more you can say to that lol. Their donuts are okay and they coffee is semi okay but it’s a chain donut shop with a drive through. It’s heaven for the guys I work with lol. I only come here to pick up food for the office. Otherwise I’d never eat at a dunkin donuts. It’s actually easy to say no to eating them which is how I know I’m not impressed lol. To be fair though and the reason for the 3 stars is it’s essentially fast food donuts and well 3 stars is pretty high praise for something like that!

I have gotten ice cream and donuts from this location.(More often, ice cream.) Everything was scrumptious and fresh. Earlier reviewers have complained about the customer service; I have been treated with graciousness. Even better, the restrooms are clean, something that is sorely lacking in many establishments. I am not a coffee drinker so I am not able to critique their brew.

I will NEVER go back to this location ! They don’t even deserve a One star. One day before heading to the library for my night class I went through the drive-thru and ordered an ice coffee. The man at the window took my card and I payed. Then he tried to hand me a drink that looked like a milk shake. I did not grab the drink and I told him that is not what I ordered. He said okay hold on. So he closed the window. He then opened the window back up and handed me my drink. I was starting to drive off but I couldn’t even swallow the drink. It tasted like water. I went inside and asked for the manager. The manager was the same man at the window. I told him what happened and I told him I did not like my drink that I payed $ 4.65 for. He then said to me «we’ll what do you want me to do about that». He said«do you just expect me to throw away both of these drinks» I explained to him that one of the drinks I didn’t even order, they had made me the wrong drink. I stood there trying to explain to this«manager» how I was not happy. I just wanted a refund. He said he would offer me a water since I didn’t like my drink. This man really thought I was going to pay$ 4.65 for a bottle of water. After 15 minutes he gave me back my money. He did not apologize not one time. I immediately complained to corporate and they told me that they were gonna pass the complaint to the store owner. The owner will then give me a call back. I still Till this day have not received a call from the owner. The manager is an older man. He is tan skin. Looks African American and maybe has Caucasian in him as we’ll. VERYRUDE!

This review will be only for their Coffee! Coffee! Coffee! Yeah! I’m a huge fan of DD coffee. We’ve had a long relationship. Like wayyyy back in my college days… I can remember them knowing my name and order on campus. Ah, the joys of college life. However, I digress what kept me as a loyal customer is that they offered the most bang for my buck… and we all know in college CHEAP = GOOD! Well things haven’t changed much. I’m still a huge fan of the coffee and LOVE all the new varieties and flavors that they have to offer and thankfully the prices are still super reasonable. Sure, I still love my Starbucks but sometimes it’s nice to change things up a bit. Anyway, I went to the drive thru; ordered an iced hazelnut latte, and of course added whip(what’s a few more calories???). The service was swift and friendly. When I got to the window, my drink was waiting for me, prepared beautifully and I was on my way in no time. And yep. It still tasted great. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I think DD has the best coffee. Better than the *$ people. Better than the moose people. Better than, well, everyone. Maybe that’s the sugar on those wonderful donuts speaking. I don’t know. But those are some awesome donuts. There’s nothing like bringing a dozen in the morning to the office to get you some serious appreciation! I don’t know why, but this DD is partnered with a Baskin Robbins. Dunkin Baskin? Again, I have no idea what machinations are at work here, but they are good ones. Real ice cream(and yes, they have FroYo too) with yummy flavors. What’s not to love? Free wifi!

Who couldn’t be happy when you find a place with 3 major sins in one place… coffee, doughnuts and ice cream. They also serve breakfast items and sandwiches here but I’ve never had them. I come here for the Bostom Cremes, the munchkins and the milkshakes. Keep making those doughnuts DD and I’ll keep ordering the occassional milkshake too.

Terrible drive thru service. Ordered a large soft serve and they gave me a cup and told me it would spill. As soon as i got it, it completely fell down and spilled all over me and the side of my car door. The staff was young and could’ve cared less. I didn’t get compted and didn’t care for another one either as I lost my appetite. I wish I had been told it was more soft then serve. Never coming here again unless i’m desperate.
