I crawled in and walked out. I had severe back pain and could hardly walk, sit, or stand. after a few visits I could really see a difference. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I am also impressed by being helped without waiting. They get me in and out at my convenience which will keep me coming back anytime I am in pain.

This company is terrible! They called us to schedule free massages for teacher appreciation week on May 4th and May 5th. They just called to cancel on May 1st! Awful! The reason for the cancellation is because we are«out of their geographical location»…but YOUR company called US in the first place! Now we have teachers who were excited about massages that will be disappointed. Not cool at all. I will make sure I post on EVERY social media site that I have access to. Based on what I’ve seen posted so far, I’m not surprised that they get potential customers by cold calling people anyway. Awful experience with a very unprofessional company. Just close down already…#overit

Don’t go here if you want any pain management. They won’t work with you if you have preexisting conditions. They will challenge the diagnosis that you’ve gotten from the top doctors in the country because they want to «treat the underlying cause.» Well, when the underlying cause is neurological and I just need some help with myofascial pain and muscle knots, they want to still diagnosis you. They do NOT take insurance. When I initially called, I could not get the receptionist to clarify what«we work with insurance» meant until I pressed her with the name of my insurance and asked if it would be out of network. She said that if I had those benefits, then yes it would be, but I could have a free consultation. After re-explaining my situation 3 times, especially because my case is complicated, the chiropractor proceeded to poke and prod me to the point of tears and wanted to take X Rays. Not only have I had them, there is literally nothing structurally wrong with me. I just wanted trigger point shots – not an entire«protocol,» where I would spend hundreds a week on treatments that I don’t need. Other than the part where they got me in for a «free consultation,» which was going to include x rays that I would pay for, my favorite part was when they thought I would come back and called and asked for my x rays. After I informed the doctor I would not be coming back, she tried to tell me that they were actually rejecting me as a patient. So, if I would have brought the x rays and they could have sold me on a protocol, they would have gladly taken my money. Yet, as soon as I tell her that I was looking for pain management, therefore not coming back, I was«dropped» like a hot potato. I’m glad that they showed their true colors. Now I’m still looking for a decent(non-scam) place to give me trigger point shots.
