Edge Performance Training

Before I met Daniel (owner of Edge Performance Training), I thought I’d tried just about every type of workout out there. I’d tried power lifting, endurance training and triathlons, crossfit, even athletic conditioning at the local YMCA. I’ve always worked out; I was just really bored with the usual set routines and classes.
Daniel completely changed my perspective on training and the way I work out. He puts together the toughest and most unique training workouts I’ve ever been through. Ever trained like an MMA fighter? Ever trained using only ropes, bags of sand, or flipping a truck tire end over end… I hadn’t either.
Edge Performance combines cardio with functional type movements that are more natural (and useful) for my body than simply lifting a barbell. Daniel is always evolving and changing the workouts which means my body continues to get stronger and feel better… But the best part is that I love working out again!

After that class, I thought I had bitten off more than I could chew. Daniel and my fellow classmates encouraged me to keep coming back. I did, and after about 4 months of 3 classes a week, my wife commented that I was starting to look better than I did when we started dating — 25 years ago. Now, having just turned 45, I can say I’m in the best shape of my life, and I’m a guy who spent 3 years in Colorado in my early 20’s skiing 100+ days a year.
