We have been clients of Carolinas Metro Realty for some time now and since we just completed a house sale with them felt it was time to let the world know about our positive experience. We have been lucky enough to work with Luda, one of the owners of the company, for most of our needs. First Luda helped us with the management of one of our rental units. She put out an incredible amount of online advertising that always secured us a tenant within a month of a tenant moving out. Her screening process was very thorough and we always felt comfortable with the tenant that was moving in. Currently we have 2 tenants in 2 units that have been with us for 3+ and 4+ years because the fit was so good. Most recently Luda helped us out with the sale of our primary residence during a relocation. She went above and beyond in the following ways — helping make decisions on how to cost efficiently prepare the house for sale, working with contractors, staging the house using her company’s personal effects, and providing solid advice during the negotiation process to allow the deal to go through smoothly. Since we were out of town during closing Luda ‘made it happen’ while we were sipping margaritas at the beach. What could be better?
