I have been going to Euphoria Salon and Spa for many years, and although I have tried numerous other salons in the Charlotte area, I always come back to this one.
I was ECSTATIC to learn that my stylist of many years LARISA has returned from living abroad. I cannot recommend her enough!!! She is so genuine and honest, and always gives the BEST scalp massage. The last place I went to damaged my hair, and she made it so much better in just one visit. I always go to her to get my hair cut, colored, and treated and always leave feeling great about myself.
Everyone really knows what they are doing here, and I love the fact that the owner is always there to make sure things are up to par. It makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! The front desk girls are always so kind and helpful when I have to move my appointments around.

I was wary of getting a mani-​pedi here after reading the less than stellar reviews, but I ended up being pleasantly surprise. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted and offered a drink — I asked for a coffee, which was brought to me once I sat down.
My classic mani-​pedi started with the pedicure. I’m very ticklish on the bottom of my feet, but the nail technician was firm and persistent and I got one of the most thorough buffing I’ve had in awhile. It’s a good thing! The pedicure chair didn’t have a back massage option, but overall, I felt the nail technician did a great job and the foot soak and leg massage were wonderful.
I’m not sure about other people’s poor experiences, but I would definitely try this place again.

Be aware the prices they quote are not what you get. The French manicure did not have clean lines. I would never come back!

I walked into Euphoria to check it out & see if I could get a facial & peruse their other services. Employees looked up when I walked in but NO-​ONE said a word.
As I wandered around their lobby area looking at the products for about 5 – 10 minutes I realized no one was going to greet me — not only that — but the girl that had been at the desk when I came in (checking someone out or in) had disappeared after she was with that person and never came back… I’m not sure about their services or pricing because there wasn’t any kind of menu that I could find in the lobby area — as I wandered — lonely & unloved by Euphoria.
I walked out without a backward glance…

I hate to complain because my pedicure was a treat from a friend BUT… I have had better pedicures for $ 15.00 at the standard nail salons. I was offered a glass of wine but they had to go the Harris Teeter to get a bottle when they realized they were out. The massage part of the pedicure lasted maybe 60 seconds… I won’t be going back.
