Please be sure of your purchase! I purchased an expensive bonnet from here and no one said a word about their return policy. I found a bonnet that I liked better at a local children’s boutique, Katie Baby, and went to return the one from Fancy Pants. You have to have your receipt and only get store credit and have to return within 14 days.(I did have my receipt and went within the 14 days.) Once arriving and finding out that it was store credit only, I thought no problem, I can bring my daughter back and get her some shoes… I was then told that you can not use the store credit for the shoe store that is INSIDE Fancy Pants. That it is separate even though you walk in one front door for both. I was not happy! They pointed out that the return policy was posted and pointed to it at the cash register. That’s great if you check out in that spot. We checked out to the side and so we wouldn’t have seen the policy from where we were. They asked if I needed some bows… not $ 60+ worth. They told me time and again that the credit doesn’t expire, that would be nice if the shop was convenient to us but it is not. It’s over 30 minutes from our home. I ended up having to pick some things out just to use up the credit when I would have rather had my money to spend on things she actually needed. I will not be shopping here again and the customer service could definitely use some help! The price of the bonnet may not be a big deal to their normal clientele but it was to this mommy. We will be keeping our fancy pants out of there!
