As most people know a realtor, I expect some bias when one is recommended, so I took it with a grain of salt when Josie was recommended to me. I had never met Josie prior to discussing the type of home we wanted to purchase. I couldn’t have been more impressed with her diligence and professionalism. She didn’t pressure my wife and I with any homes, and didn’t suggest we raise our budget. She gave great advice throughout the process.
My wife and I chose a lot of homes to look at, and were repeatedly disappointed. She identified a few homes within our budget that were only a few miles outside of the commuting distance that we wanted. Every single house she picked was a contender. I’m not impressed easily and I have high expectations, and I can honestly say Josie is an excellent agent.
