I visited Charlotte back in October and was looking for a place to train. Recommended by my current BJJ instructor, I heard of Fight to Win, owned by Steve Hall. Steve allowed me to train there all week. Although all the classes I attended were not taught by Steve, the other instructors taught excellent classes. The community among the entire team was awesome as well. I felt as if i was a part of the team after only being there for one class. It felt great to network with other competitive BJJ practitioners. If anyone travels and is looking for a place to train while on holiday, or maybe a work trip, regardless of affiliation, I would highly recommend going to FTW!

My girlfriend got me a gift certificate for x-​mas and was very happy with the time Steve took to set everything up as compared to some of other places she looked. I’m 2 weeks in and couldn’t be happier with everything that is offered. Great place for someone who is new to BJJ.

Steve Hall has been in the Charlotte area for five years and has build an awesome BJJ Team. He is a black belt under Royce Gracie. The guys are all great and everyone helps each other to get better and excel in the sport.
He runs day and night classes with Saturday open mat. There is traditionally gi and no gi nights. Be advises, there is no MMA training. The school is 100% Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
