I love this place! I have had several occasions in which I needed flowers — simple get togethers, my wedding, friends weddings — and every order was beautiful! I would absolutely recommend Gallery of Flowers for any event. Customer service is amazing & the work is stunning!

Beautiful Flowers! Thank you so much! Gallery of Flowers was sent to correct and replace my weekly
order received from another florist! Brian the driver called my cell phone en route to my home, as I was leaving to pick my daughter up from dance. I ok’d him leaving the flowers at the door. Very pleasant and had no problem making me his last delivery for the evening.
I was happy to find the most perfect roses, when I got home. I was floundering between 4 & 5 Stars because the vase wasn’t the silver cylindrical vase I was hoping for (I guess, that’s a hard vase to come by) and as referenced by fromyouflowers… the customer service however, was worth a 5! Thanks, Brian!

This is my go to spot for flowers in the Queen City. Yea, I could probably go to 1 – 800 — FLOWERS, or some internet equivalent and save a few bucks. Instead, I chose to either call or directly to Gallery of Flowers. There, you are dealing with local people and you can specify exactly what you want and when you want it. It goes without saying they have a variety of colorful, beautiful and fresh-​cut flowers, but they also have a great selection of vases in all shapes and sizes. Every time I’ve ordered flowers from there, they have always been fresh-​cut, and the service as always been superb.
I’ve been going here for years, and I’m happy to continue to do so. It doesn’t matter the occasion, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays, etc, Gallery of Flowers is my exclusive flower provider in the Charlotte area.

I used the G of F because they were part of a package deal with my venue contract. I was hesitant at first but when I spoke to Cindy directly and met with her for my consultation I was reassured. She worked with me on some additional arrangments for the ceremony and reception area as well.
The employee Minot (I believe), was not of any help at any time. She was poor with directions, could not answer any questions when I called and when I stopped in to drop of center piece containers gave me wrong information. However, Cindy herself was willing able to accommodate, bent over backwards to answer questions and deal with a frazzled bride.
The bridal bouquets were absoluetly stunning, fresh and like something out of a magazine, just beautiful. The boutinnieres she made were no less than perfect. She delivered exactly what I asked for and the artistry of all the flowers was beyond anything I could ever have imagined. I live near Pineville and even though the shop is located in University area I will continue to use them for any of my flowers needs. The quality of work was superior.

Called trying to get info to put together some arrangements. Woman seemed really uninterested in trying to help me find what I was looking for, or another option. Just really unimpressed with the service, so I won’t bother going there in person.
