I really wish I knew the gamestop associate name because he was very knowledgeable to my situation. I have been to another gamestop on Woodlawn and they I’m sorry to say didn’t know a lick of what I needed. Now gamestop has a rewards program which I am a basic members and to be a pro member you need to pay $ 14.99 for the year and pay annually. As a gamer I can really put the pro membership to use but played it smart. As a free basic member I shop at gamestop enough to accumulate a free year subscription which I acquired with my points. The associates at Woodlawn explained that the purchase was active as soon as I placed the order online missing to inform me that the associate was supposed to input the coupon code in order to activate. Thank you to this associate which knew exactly how the whole reward program works and being knowledgable.
