They came out through a service request of choice home warranty. They basically charge me $ 45 to tell me to call the manufacture. I would not recommend this company.

I did not use this company, but they need a little better customer service. I called and simply got a questionable Hello? I was not aware that I was calling a business, more like I had the wrong number to an individual.
I inquired about having someone come look at our garage for repairs, and they mentioned yeah, we are kinda busy at this time so we can’t get someone out there for the next couple of days or so.
It was just so bizarre and unprofessional. They might do good work, who knows.

After all the problems with arrival times, the installers finally showed up.
They were very professional and apologized for the delay.
I must say they did a good job on the install. The doors work great, Eric explained everything completely and they look good too!
Other than the appointment mix up they did a good job.

What a wonderful, friendly and honest company. I was so impressed with how efficient, smart, and caring our technician, Korey was. He was so polite in explaining everything he did to me to ensure I knew exactly what I was paying for. He was so easy and wonderful to work with. He was so straightforward — no hassling, no tricks or gimmicks to hike costs, just honest, quality, good work, and unbelievable prices. I can’t recommend this company more. Wish they did more than garage doors!

Our garage door open died and we needed a replacement. Call and discussed our needs with them. They were there the same day and had everything needed to complete the job. The new open was install and the mess cleaned up in no time. Although they were a little late arriving they had the common courtesy to call and let me know. Great customer service!
