Called them on a Friday at 7 pm and they responded quickly to fix my door the repair man was friendly and had my door fixed quickly cleaned up and was gone at a very fair price would use them again.

Total criminals. They install the wrong equipment and overcharge, they do not honor workmanship or warranty. Their field tech Patrick is a total shark and a liar, tried to charge for the eyes, openers, etc. scammers. Their company goes by 5 different names, the employees all claim to be the owner or owners son, etc. Here I am, 18 months later, door won’t open, the spring coil is totally inappropriate for the door. Yeah, they’ll fix it, but for an outrageous service call fee. Please save your money, avoid these jokers.

I wish I could give them a zero star. These guys are ripping people off badly, and I am still considering a small claims suit. PLEASE make sure you request a detailed estimate incusive of parts, labor, waranty costs, and taxes. They are very friendly to gain your trust, but I ended up with an $ 1100 bill for fixing broken springs. That is AT MOST a $ 400 job. Their «lifetime warranty» apparently cost me $ 279 by the way. Be very careful.

These guys are scammers. beware and do not use them
They agreed to replace my springs for 200 but charged be $ 350 because they made me replace pulleys, rollers which as per them was the problem.
They did not balance/​adjust travel limits which caused the bracket to break.

TOTAL CON ARTISTS /​SCAMMERS!!! I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Our spring on the garage door broke on a Friday evening. Overhead Door is who we trust by reputation and experience but they charge a fortune over the weekend and these guys had a reasonable fee. Well that’s because they planned on making it up by robbing you blind.
They guy comes out Saturday afternoon and tells my husband it will cost $ 1000 to replace the spring. My thought was ‘oh heck no!’ So I immediately look it up online and see that it should cost about $ 200 plus service fee. The guy comes back to my husband and says he took a bad measurement and so the spring will be less and he’ll knock off an extra $ 100 to be nice and so now says it will cost us $ 750.
My husband tells him no that we need to think about it some more. We paid their service fee of $ 49 and sent him on his way. 5 minutes later he is knocking on our door, hands his cell phone to my husband and says the big boss wants to talk to him. The big boss offers to do it for $ 250 total.
Ok, GIVE ME A BREAK!!! How stupid do you really think people are!!! Oh it magically just went from $ 1000 to $ 250??? You ought to go to jail for what you are doing. People bust their butts trying to make a living and this company is trying to steal it from under their nose.

Unfortunately our garage got stuck at an angle and would not go up or down in May on a Sunday morning. My husband did not do much research and called them. They came out the same day (only highlight of the company). They fixed the garage at a hefty price of $ 600.
We thought we were good to go. Here it is June and the same exact thing has happened. We called them up and they came out today, but it is yet again $ 600.
They do not guarantee their work and are not willing to do anything except keep coming back to take your money for the same problem because they are not sure what is wrong (guy actually said he isn’t sure what is causing our garage to have issues).
