Gateway Village Welcome Center

Gateway Village Welcome Center is the heart of what is happening at Gateway! The services provided include the entry and passport for guests entering the complex… as well as the best Concierge services in downtown Charlotte. The staff always makes sure that any concerns from forgetting your access badge and many other things are resolved quickly! I can also get bus passes if needed, my monthly ration of movie tickets… and if needed… can get tickets to many venues thoughout Charlotte region to the GA aquarium! Sometimes… it is just a good place to go in and have a chat with the staff… catch highlights on coming events in the Atrium (like Market day) and to find out what musicians are planned!!! It is great having the services at the GWV Welcome Center!!!
