Just an update on my hookah/​shisha delivery from
. delivered super fast and my hookah was wrapped up perfectly (nothing broken) AND my tobacco flavors are delicious! I’m so glad I tried the flavors customer service recommended! There were EVEN coupons and explicit directions on my hookah and their return policy if I wasn’t happy with any of my purchase… NOT the case! We loved everything and now I CANT WAIT to try some new star buzz flavors…
P. S. at first I was SUPER worried about my order because I read some reviews after I had ordered /​I have to say my experience was completely the opposite of the bad review — customer service and my order was completely above par! I don’t know how that guy reviewed the same place as me. Oh well. Maybe he had a bad day-​needs to get over it–

Crooks. The only way to describe them. In March, these guys processed a return for some bad tobacco they sent me and offered me free shipping on my next order — I just had to call them after placing the order. On the next order I did what they asked me to do, but was told that I already used another coupon so they couldn’t honor the free shipping. I responded with a, «No problem, you can remove my coupon and honor the free shipping instead», to which I get a «Oops, the order shipped already and we can’t modify it». I was obviously upset and told them so, and said such Bait and Switch is generally frowned upon (especially for someone who has referred ~10 customers to them), and moved on.
Turns out that due to that email chain, they closed my account, deleted my shopping rewards points (worth about $ 35) and now refuse to respond to my customer service requests/​calls. I only found out when I tried to place another order with them yesterday.
Apparently «someone in the management chain made the executive decision» to refuse my service in the future.
These guys are running a business with malicious intent. They provide good service, but if you call them out on a mistake, they will cause you financial loss. I’m afraid that they will use my credit card details and steal my identity, and that will be normal for their ‘management’.
Watch out, is all I can say.
