Been here about 7 times and brought my kids too. I get a short cut where blending is important. Only had a little issue with my son’s cut one time and had another stylist even out his bangs.

Thought that a simple blunt cut and bang trim wouldn’t be too hard for a Great Clips stylist, but I was wrong.
Tara at Great Clips butchered my hair completely. After telling her I’d like my bangs trimmed to «at or just below my eyebrows» she misted my bangs and then yanked them down, PULLING on them while wet and slicing them off in one motion, right at eyebrow level. The result? Well, since hair stretches so much when it’s wet, my bangs are a short fringe over an INCH above my eyebrows.
You know, I learned my lesson about pulling on wet hair and cutting it when I cut my own bangs for the first time at the age of TWELVE. Yes, she cut my hair as bad as a sixth grader. I can’t believe that a «hair stylist» doesn’t know this. Perhaps a better title for her would be «hair butcher».
It’s a month of wearing headbands for me, thanks to the hatchet job Tara did on my hair. Word of warning: Run, do not walk, away from this Great Clips. Think they can handle a simple haircut? They can’t…
