While they do carry an inventory of home health items, I am not at all impressed with this operation. The sales team is not especially helpful, the store is cluttered, the customer shopping experience is poor, and the prices are high. Griffin Home Health Care make a good case for shopping online.

Better places in town for the healthcare provider of DME and personal products. This place should know better it’s a family owned establishment for many years but(family) is not a part of their work ethics. Collecting a check from Medicare & Medicaid would be the priority.

I must be getting old, reviewing a home health care supply. Not that I need a walker or anything(yet). I am sure it will happen. The staff at Griffin can be helpful with choosing the correct parts. The problem is that they also make sure that you get plenty of them, and are not at all helpful in understanding what you get. Sure, you get a contract, but how many of us read every line of a contract or understand the fine print of insurance agreements? When you ask for clarification(later), they even tell you they need to do better at explaining up front, but they really do not. Nice of them, right? Now it really is not an issue until the insurance does not pay something, and then try to work out the details — and perhaps pay a little less. That is when it is a problem. It can take months to get the staff to work out something, and you will not win. What is worse, you have to pay the bill for all the time it takes. At that point, the staff will still have a smile on their face, but strangely they seem a lot less than helpful.
