I was visiting Charlotte and decided to check out Handpicked since I shopped here when I was in high school. Went to this location yesterday(Saturday afternoon) where my group was the only customer in the store. Four workers chatting with each other and not a single ‘hello’, ‘welcome’, ‘how can I help you?’,… No contact at all. I even tried to get the attention of the lady behind the register when interested in the monogram necklaces and was ignored. The people of this particular shift were more interested in talking to each other than make an effort on a sale. The jewelry itself: the monogram options are the best products in the store. The majority of this store are catered more ot high school and college girls. Customer service should be reviewed.
