Josh provides excellent service every time he is at the house. Horne did a tremendous job replacing our entire HVAC system and our home is definitely more efficient now. All of the Horne staff were very courteous during the installation and my wife and I never felt we were not getting the answers we needed. Horne is #1 in my book, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality installation of quality components.

We have been using Horne for a little over a year now after they replaced our entire HVAC. Along with providing us with a superior product the customer service is excellent especially our most recent service from Jason. We would definitely recommend Horne to anyone needing heating and air service.

I don’t really want to write a long review, however I will say that from the beginning of using Horne I have been please 100% of the time. They were the best for my HVAC replacement, and I have since used them to replace water heaters and set up maintenance /​tune-​up plans. Everyone is easy to work with and the technicians always know what they’re doing.

Jeff was an excellent service technician. I have had the Trane unit installed by Horne for 10 years now. Although I have had a few issues along the way, Horne has been quick to fix issues and THANK GOODNESS I had the warranty. HVAC equipment and services are always quite expensive and I continue to be hopeful I have received that for which I have paid.

We’ve used Horne Heating for several years and have always been very happy. We have an old AC unit that has been on its last leg and they keep coming out and maintaining it so we don’t have to replace just yet. They haven’t pressured us to replace our AC, just warned us that it may not last another year, and would give us an estimate if we would like.
**Update — our AC unit died late last summer (2014), and we finally went ahead and replaced the AC and Furnace last week. We spent the winter getting pricing on the units from 6 different companies and Horne had the best price package. They installed within two days of our signed contract and did a fabulous job. The installation guys were extremely pleasant and thoughtful. I hardly knew they were here.

DO NOT USE HORNE! They are HORRIBLE! NO customer service! We have a 2 year old unit under warranty. They could care less about fixing it. No A/​C for a WEEK (with a 6 month pregnant woman in the house) Then when you have an appointment, they LIE about the times. We were told AM appointment and waited all day for them to show up at 6pm. Totally unacceptable customer service! Use another HVAC company and save yourself the hassle!!!

Sometimes you get what you pay for at a really good price!
Recently had to replace my heat exchanger in my HVAC. I called several local heating companies for quotes. Horne was the first to return my call with a quote. Some didn’t call back at all, so guess they didn’t want the business.
The repair was completed in half the time everyone had quoted. My repair man was very experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done. I have had no problems since my repair a month ago. Horne also had the best price, out of all the large well known heating companies in the area.
I intend to use Horne in the future and would recommend them! They are a BBB accredited business as well.
