Just called to find out some information about laser hair removal. The lady that answered the phone was totally clueless. First off how do you not know an «estimation» per area for laser hair removal. This company seems to be scamming people. It shouldn’t be based off how much hair you. In LA, Flawless Laser Center sent email with monthly specials and these people can’t give me an estimate? Rip off. Look else where. The is ridiculous and maybe get someone more knowledgeable answering the phones.

Excellent results! Kelly is the best! She is very knowledgeable and meticulous. I always asked for her. I highly recommend Ideal Image for permanent hair removal.

The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, while also very professional and obviously expertly knowledgeable about all aspects of the procedure that one may encounter, from skincare to detailed laser technology — they are the pros! I trust them entirely, and have been very satisfied with the results. I really have no complaints at all, no regrets.

Ideal Image is the best! I have been to several different places for laser hair removal treatments, and this is the one I would recommend— from the friendly and proficient staff, to the clean office and up-​to-​date technology they use, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
