I was in the mortgage business for fifteen years and I always referred Paul King to my clients.
He is far more thorough than most inspectors. He always shows up on time and gives you exactly what you pay for, even if the news isn’t what you want to hear. After I transitioned out of the mortgage industry I used him personally for inspections on both investment properties and my primary residence… and I was never disappointed. I would absolutely recommend him (and do) to any of my friends that need inspection services.

Inspector Paul is a real pro. He has done three home inspections for me and my family members. In each case, he found many things that a less-​knowledgeable inspector would likely have missed. Paul has saved me many headaches and thousands of dollars on each purchase. His reports are very detailed and thorough and the video’s and photo’s he provides makes it easy to see that what he is saying is true. This makes negotiating with sellers for repairs very straightforward. He has always been prompt for his inspections and timely with his reports. I highly recommend Inspector Paul and would not consider buying a home without his input.

During the sale of my home, the potential buyer hired Inspector Paul to do the home inspection. Four days passed before anyone was notified there was a gas leak. Whether Inspector Paul actually caused the leak (a fitting had been jarred loose) is not the bigger problem. FOUR DAYS my crawlspace filled with gas without my knowledge. Worse — I actually spoke to him on the phone the day of the inspection and the leak was not mentioned. He was in my home two days later picking up equipment and the leak was not mentioned. When contacted he took no responsibility for causing the leak and no excuse for not contacting me.
This could have caused a disaster — lives could have been lost.
