Just popped in the other day. Beatiful handmade ornaments from a local artist in Raleigh-​one of a kind and priced right. Love the Christmas candles and hand towels too. The staff is so knowledgable and helpful. My favorite store!

Isabella reminds me of an aging starlet: glamorous, correctly coiffed and powdered, but with bags, bulges, and wrinkles even Botox can’t touch. There are luxury items aplenty here: high thread count Italian linens, pricey boudoir candles, luxury bath items, and a limited selection of upper-​end nightwear.
The staff is courteous and polite, but with the insouciant air that says, «unless you are sitting on a trust fund we are only mildly interested in dealing with you.» Which is correct, because unless you are sitting on a trust fund, I would suggest trying your luck at Tuesday Morning, especially the Pineville-​Matthews store, where you can often find high end (think: Peacock Alley, Sferra, or Frette) luxury goods at marked-​down prices.
