I wish no stars was an option. What a terrible experience I have had here. The dental hygienist had me in tears due to her lack of empathy over a painful and embarrassing dental situation. I felt very judged. On top of that, I ordered a mouth guard which was delayed SEVERAL times without this message being conveyed to me, and had to reach out to them multiple times where they said they would get back to me and never did. It took over two months to arrive. I will never go back here.

By far the worst professional setting ever. From the very beginning the staff stereotyped me. I could hear their conversation pertaining to my dental insurance (which I had) and paper work they needed me to fill out. Once they noticed it was good coverage they called me in. Prior to Dr. Lemmon coming in his hygienist was very nasty. I was looking to do braces and she flat out told
Me I would not be able to afford them with my budget (which isn’t true because I have braces now). She began to tell me several procedures I’d need to have done prior to braces (which was not true). I felt totally uncomfortable with the whole situation here. Dr. Lemmon was decent once he came in however his staff should reflect and represent him as a business owner. After going to an orthodontist I called to have my x-​Ray (which I paid additional for) sent over and I was told to pay more money to release it. If I could give them a negative review I would.

I’m way over 50 years old, and Dr. Lemmons is the best dentist I have ever had. I have much confidence in his professional judgment and his execution is artistry.
