Don’t use this place. No matter what.
they contract their services to individuals. Had a single female come clean our 5k sqft gym — we issued a complaint that we did not think the floors were being mopped, and we were written off — told that they were in fact cleaning it.
Came to check on her one Sunday and caught her spraying water on the ground and rubbing out dirt spots with a paper towel with her foot in her pajamas, totally unprofessional and not sanitary!
Called the emergency line to let them know and to get someone else to sanitize our gym — no call back for 2 days, instead of issuing a credit for an unfinished job, they proceeded to apologize for my dissatisfaction and let me know they were no longer going to be servicing our location. Are you shi**ing me?!
Ended up having to clean the entire gym myself before we could find another cleaning company, as an owner — I don’t have time for this! Nor should I have to do this when were paying over $ 250/​month for services.
Promised the world and given a nut punch. Fail.
