Jerry Rhynes Collision Repair

I was recommended to jerry rhynes collision from a coworker who has done business with them for years. I’m new to charlotte, so I took a chance on them with my insurance repairs. Absolutely the worst decision I could have made. I am in the automotive industry, I take pride in the work and repairs I out out. Obviously jerry rhynes collision does not. I took my car there 3 times, now I have just given up and will fix it myself. To the untrained eye the car and bodywork were excellent. I am very happy with the body line repairs. The paint work however was a joke. Trash in the paint, over spray on the other side of the vehicle, dents that were never there before in the door. The biggest thing is nobody seemed to care, nobody was apologetic. The bottom line is this place is a joke, two weeks without a car, and still over spray everywhere. This place does not take pride in there work.
