Called Kirt Brown when needed a tow from my house to mechanic. Siri pulled up this listing for tow truck, not mechanic. Guys got to house, when they found out I didn’t want car towed back to their shop, they got in truck and left with NO explanation!!! Man was extremely rude when I called to see what was going on, said I should have been clear up front and I said he should have asked. Will not use them again. Lesson learned

Never have I felt so respected as a customer on my first visit to a business. They returned my calls promptly and had my car repaired the next day for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

I had my car repaired here just a few weeks ago and was very pleased. This repair was my first visit, but I am sure to become a repeat customer. This is the third mechanic I’ve worked with in Charlotte, and hopefully my last!
Excellent customer service from before I had my car towed in through pick-​up and a quick and reasonably priced repair – woo-​hoo! My only regret is that this my first visit, even though they were first recommended to me in Dec 2010.
Here’s hoping I don’t have a reason to come back too terribly soon, but glad to know Kirk Brown & Sons is there when I do need a mechanic!
