This company is very unprofessional and does not follow through on promises. Communication is horrible. They won’t respond unless you literally threaten them. I could post a whole lot of bad things like not fixing up house only patchwork maintenance worker has been called 3 times and when he comes out he not prepared to fix any thing and always say I’ll be back. For example was supposed to put screens on house in april paint walls put a fire detector and co2 that’s required by law and after 4 maintenance request I still have not seen him. This is just the beginning. Customer service sucks and are very lazy. Candace has no customer service skills and feels like she’s doing you a favor when in all I’m paying for a service that she consistently can’t provide. Please use someone else besides these losers. I can’t wait till my lease is up. This is the worst company EVER. DONTUSETHISCOMPANYTHEYARE… HORRIBLE

This company is terrible to deal with. Communication is awful, requiring several phone calls about the same issues. Maintenance men track mud through the house, staining carpets. We had a water issue that caused damage to the wood floor. Instead of cleaning up the raw sewage and rotting wood, they just covered it with linoleum. Rent from someone else… Unfortunately, I don’t think the owner has a clue what’s going on.

This company has worked wonderfully over the past several months to better my communication between myself and them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a property management company!
