KR COMMUNICATIONS

One of their agents came to my house and left a card which I ended up calling just to see what they would/​could offer. When I spoke to the agent (I wont say his name) he got me to the package and price that I believed was fair for me to leave my original company. The price was also guaranteed for 2 years. For $ 50.13 I couldn’t really complain! Well come to find out when I got my first bill that price never showed up. So I called DirecTV and explained the situation and they told me that there is no way he could get my bill down that low and I’d be paying close to 70 $ a month and then it would go up to 105 $ after the first year.
At this point pissed would be an understatement, so when I call the agent he doesn’t want to answer but he is sure to text back. So we’ve gone back and forth and he’s pretty much just given me the run around saying that DirecTV doesn’t know what they looking at, while DirecTV is saying the same about them.
Later on we find out from DirecTV that this agent has been calling in with mine and my wife’s Social Security info to get information off of our account and to make changes (which a police report has been filed). To top it all off nothing has been settled yet and we are stuck in a 2 year contract that we have textual information stating what we should have since that’s what we agreed upon in the first place.
I would never do business with this company and I mean Ever! Oh and be on the lookout as they don’t say they work for KR Communications is just they work for whatever company they are advertising which in this instance is DirecTV.
Stay away as the whole company is just a nightmare.
