This lawyer has not helped me at all with my case. I was unable to get a settlement after being rear ended because he didn’t advise me properly of what to do when a Dr. I was seeing released me from care with no notice because my own medical benefts had run out with State Farm. If William Harding has advised me to get in to see another Dr. ASAP rather than just acting like their was no rush everything would have been fine, but all he said to me was to go see a primary care physician and get a referral to a back specialist. This process took weeks while I was suffering waiting to see a specialist, and it turned out what Bill Harding failed to tell me was that if there was any lapse in treatment for over 2 weeks for any reason at all I would have no case. Now there are thousands of dollars in medical bills he is saying he cannot get covered for me all because he left out the most important piece of advice he should have given me in the beginning. I would highly advise anyone in an accident who is injured to pick a different lawyer who cares enough to tell you what is going on. No other lawyer would take over my case either after they heard there was over 2 weeks that I went without treatment. All of this could have been avoided if Proactive Chiropractic hadn’t released me without notice and if Mr. Harding had just told me it was imperitive that I find another Dr. ASAP.
