if I could leave no stars, that would be my choice. dr freeman was the kindest and most jovial plastic surgeon. until after he has received your deposit. I visited dr freeman from out of town since my family lived here for post surgery attention. the initial visit was absolutely warmly and welcoming. after the surgery was done (rhinoplasty), we went in for the post surgery follow up 1 week later. my mom is originally from Italy and has a sight Italian accent but impeccable English. he rudely and condescendingly «repeated» her question in mockery when she asked about the swelling — an absolutely understandable question to ask about one’s daughter! I was mortified that this supposedly «educated and regal» professional would be so vile. cosmetically, the results are not what I was promised after 7 months after now. I am visiting a dr in San Fran to correct this jerk’s mistakes. listen to the numerous of reviews, not just mine. do not pay this man to disrespect you or carelessly earn your business w no sincere intent.

Dr. Freeman RUINED My FACE.
I had some acne scars I wanted filled. He ineptly filled them with silicone! I have been plagued with large lumps protruding with the holes from the scars on top since 2010. Last year, I began trying steroid shots to help shrink the lumps, with some success. However, the shots can be painful, but I keep trying. I am not a good candidate for other treatments like Fraxel, which may have solved the scar issue enough for me. The silicone in my face prevents a safe out come I am told. I would never have agreed to silicone if I had known it was silicone. Another name was given at the time of consultation. We have all seen those horrible pictures of silicone contorted faces in bizarre freakish expressions. No one would agree to that outcome. I guess he just didn’t think my face was that important. I suffered from infections in several of the injection sites after my appointment and these left even larger scars.
If the steroids can’t correct this mess he made, then I may have to have the remaining lumps removed by a much more capable surgeon. They will have to be cut out!
I am grateful for the laser work he did on my daughter, but he should have taken me off the books if he couldn’t handle my face.
I have cried, suffered, and spent so much money trying to fix his mess!
He absolutely botched the whole thing.

I find it interesting that Unilocal is pushing down all the 5 star reviews, since the practice refused to pay additional marketing fees to Unilocal.All the negative ones… even really old ones, and especially the fake ones, and ones that have no truth in them, are being pushed to the top.
Just look at the positive reviews– hidden at the bottom of Dr. Freeman’s listing. All verified people, with actual surgeries, and positive experiences… and why are there reviews hidden? There is no reason for Unilocal to hide them.
This is a real concern, and I know that I see in the papers, many people are suing Unilocal because of this problem. Unilocal will not let the positive reviews show up unless they pay Unilocal a monthly fee. I know that Unilocal will probably delete this review, or push it so far down in the reviews that no one can possibly read this, because I know Dr. Sean Freeman and staff and realize that he is THE most experienced facial plastic surgeon in the Charlotte area and surrounding. Many of my friends and I would ONLY go to Dr. Freeman for ANYthing done to our faces. He is the only one we trust in this area. He truly is the most qualified facial plastic surgeon in this area.
Look at the fantastic reviews on Google, Real Self, and the hundreds of before/​after photos on Dr. Freeman’s
website. Even read the many positive, real reviews, by verified people, pushed to the bottom of this listing.
Dr. Sean Freeman is a very reputable, caring, and highly skilled facial plastic surgeon. He really cares about his patients looking refreshed and youthful, and not have people wondering what you had «done.» He is simply the very best.

Don’t be sold with his seasoned years of experience. I’m 57 and now after my bad experience I have met others besides myself who have had to go to other plastic surgeons to revise & repair the mess he has made. I just wish I had found reviews on him before. Face lifts & implants & his SOOF technique he claims to have invented.. You just don’t hear this until you go to another doctor for help & discover you are not alone. It’s awful to have to pay for surgery a second time because the original one left you unsightly. It’s so much pain and expense. Please be wise and don’t be sold on his SOOF!
