Mill Pond is a great community to reside if you want to be close to shopping, and racing events. I’ve lived here since 2012. I’ve had a few issues but nothing major that the office wasn’t able to handle. The office staff is very understanding and is willing to help you in anyway possible.

Just resigned my lease here. It’s not the best apartment I’ve lived in but not the worst.
Pros: spacious apartments, affordable, convenient location, quiet for the most part, and friendly staff.
Cons: few amenities, no outside storage, washers/​driers on site are normally broken, no microwave in apartments, and they do a walkthru inspection every 90 days. To me that seems a little much. Almost an invasion of privacy.
