Customer service is 75%… Bathrooms were disgusting… No toilet paper 2 of 4 stalls… One toilet backed up… No paper towels… Had to tell two employees and all they did was bring in paper towels and threw on counter… We order pizza and wings when we arrived … Took a little time for them to call it in but when it finally arrives it’s sitting on back counter… When I go up to pick it up the guy behind counter was like you have to wait to be called by the guy checking people in… His line was to the door… 20 minutes later I get my pizza and wings but have to wait on my daughters pretzel because manager forgot to make it. Have to grab another employee to go make it! Five employees and not that busy … Not happy! Kids love to slides and bouncy houses but sad experience! Never again at this location!

I go to this place quite often and my son hours crazy in this place. The best thing about it is that you can pay and leave and come back anytime the same day long as you keep your bands on. It cost $ 9.

Took my 3 kids (10, 8, 3) there last weekend, they loved it!
This one on University has more arcade games than the one in Pineville.
Kids must wear socks and only 12 and under

Bouncy fun for the kiddos! They even have video games for the older kids. We love ½ priced Wednesday’s here and it’s not too crowded when schools in session.
