Great service. I had a faulty light, they came back and replaced it no charge. Derrick even went to lowes to buy the replacement! A little pricey, but they stand behind their work!

Horrible customer service. I missed our first appointment because I was feeling sick. I rescheduled with them and apologized (offering to pay the service call fee because I needed to reschedule). They set me up a new appointment, over a week later, and when I called to ask where they were the day of the new appointment they called me back and told me they changed their mind and decided not to come out. Thanks for nothing. I’m glad I didn’t give you any of my money.
