Prompt and very professional. The doctor was very patience and she made sure that I would get the right prescription. Frames selection were pretty good and they could order more if you could not find at the store. Will return for my sunglasses

I have been going to various eye doctors for over 20 years and these folks are BY FAR the best. Dr. Virnig and the entire staff are awesome. I honestly have never met a friendlier and more helpful group. I live in Uptown and the location is perfect, but honestly even if I lived an hour away I would still come see them.

I really love how convenient this office is and how friendly the employees all were. Contacts are expensive but I don’t think they have much control over it.

I like the customer friendly stuff and schedule time of myeyedr. They explain me my benefits and charges. But the only thing i don’t like is to wait. I booked appointment for 3:30 pm and i was in their office sharp 3:30 pm. But i was asked to wait as dr were busy checking other patient.

My appointment was a very positive experience. The receptionist was very friendly and the wait was only 5 minutes. Dr Virnig was engaging and thorough with her exam and review. She took the time to explain everything and compare to the exam from last year.
Angela Neal and Carol Erwin helped me with a new pair of glasses and explained my insurance coverage. They teamed up to provide great customer service. I’ll continue to utilize their services as long as this is the experience.
