I got the cornbread and muffin mix and made the Corn Berry Buckle recipe on the packaging. AMAZING! Super moist and sweet and just so good. I wish I could find this locally. You can buy it online though.

OMG cornbread pancakes and muffins with Vermont maple syrup is the bomb. I ate some really awesome baked goodies at a farmer’s market in Burlington, VT and bought 2 packs of the mixes. All of the wheat and cornmeal is organic (like almost everything in VT) and the owner is really passionate about farming and eating healthy. If you’re ask politely, maybe he’ll let you try some samples!
