Oak Pointe Apartments

Things were perfect when my fiancé (now husband) first moved in while Brea and Tish were working here. We’ve been here for a year and 3 months now and are trying to get out of here asap. The new apartment staff is unorganized and the new maintenance staff is slack. I had a broken shower rack in my shower and it took them two weeks to come fix it. When they finally came to fix it they put a piece of tape and some glue up and said they’d be back the next day to fix it. I had to track them down and they didn’t come back until three weeks later. I understand they have other people to help. Our dishwasher has been broken for over a month and we put in our order to have it repaired on June 16^th and it’s now July 17^th and I’ve been in constant contact with the staff and they keep saying different things, one person says someone came in to look at our dishwasher and said they needed to order a new piece for our dishwasher. Maintenance usually leaves a note saying that they’ve been by if we’re out, but they left us no notice saying that, so I feel like that’s an invasion of our privacy. The other lady that works in the office says she has no record of that and wanted to know how I got that information, There’s only one other person who works in the office with her (where does she think I got the information). That was July 1^st when the lady said someone was coming to look at it in two days. They didn’t come till a week and 2 days later after I had to call her two days before that on July 8^th reminding them we still needed our dishwasher fixed. She told me all of the request for AC problems have been taken care of so someone would be here right away to fix our dishwasher. I was told last week that our piece was in that maintenance needed for our dishwasher by one lady in the office. This week the other lady is saying the piece isn’t in… I’m so fed up with this. If you’re looking for somewhere in this area, don’t live here. Just my opinion.
