Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Awful all the way around. This place tried to open on Sunday(which is not the normal schedule according to their website) following Valentine’s day quite obviously just for the money. I made appointments for 4 pedicures and 4 manicures during their supposed extended hours, and while I was assured that all 4 appointments would be honored, at 2:00, when 3:40 rolled around, 2 guest we were still waiting. As for the actual service, it was very clear that our appointments on a day that the spa would not normally be open, were an inconvenience, at best. I was provided a half ass pedicure in great haste as if the technician had somewhere else to be, which was confirmed by her rushing out the door immediately after sitting me in front of a fan to dry my nails following a sub par pedicure service that didn’t even provide lotion or oil after soaking in water for 10 minutes. When I asked for lotion or oil as my feet and hands were extremely dry following the(poor) treatment, I was told that I could get some lotion in the bathroom!!! I have never had such an awful experience at a spa and will never return to this place. Extremely unprofessional save a sweet girl who provided a pedicure to my sister, and who was rudely reprimanded in front of me by the technician in a hurry to leave for the day over a pair of nail clippers. This place is tiny, tawdry, and again, VERY unprofessional and so not worth the money. Just sorry that I only figured that out after leaving $ 150 for dry feet, unprofessional behavior and very late appointments that proved to be nothing but disappointing. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I came here on 11÷26÷14 because I received a spa package for my birthday in Feb. of 2014. After having saved the package for nine months, I sure was excited to use it! Unfortunately, they booked me for the wrong massage(60 minutes instead of 90 minutes, Swedish instead of Hot Stone). The main problem was after I explained that I wanted to keep my second service(it was booked correctly) and reschedule the first service(massage) for another time so that I could get the time and type of massage I’d desired, the receptionist told me: «Well, your massage therapist drove here for your appointment». So much for the«customer is right” — what about my time driving there and the time off of work I’d taken for the spa package? When I explained that I truly wanted the 90-minute hot stone massage and didn’t want to book for a 60-minute massage, her only other option was to «shorten» my second service from 90-minutes to 60 minutes to get the hot stone massage in– which I declined as I’m not going to lose 30 minutes of a treatment that takes 90 minutes(and costs more due to the extra time). All in all, I booked a shorter massage and it was pretty good, but my whole experience with the way I was treated on my first(and last) visit to this spa was off-putting. I will not be returning and do not plan to recommend this place to anyone else. I felt like the massage therapist’s time was more important than mine, even though the booking error was theirs. Also, the masseuse had an appointment right after mine– I saw the man go into the room– so the whole«she drove here for your appointment» was an unfounded lie. I would suggest booking elsewhere or at least double-checking your appointment to make sure you get what you paid for and what you want!

Wow! I spent 4 hours of my birthday here, and I know FORSURE that I’m going to be revisiting. The staff is sweet and gentle. The spa is quiet yet filled with the soft sounds of relaxation(atmospheric music and waterfalls). I got the«Fit for a Queen» package and although the entire experience was phenomenal, I liked the facial best. The technician/facial technician, Sarah — her hands are anointed I tell you! And she made face and skin treatment recommendations afterward. The only reason I can’t give my experience at Oasis 5 stars is because of the nail polish quality. Before I got back to my house, most of the polish had easily peeled and fallen off my fingernails. I’m not too mad, though — the manicurist made my cuticles and nails look great otherwise!

I recently received a spa package including massage, manicure and pedicure. If I was only rating the massage I would give them 5 out of 5! It was an incredible 1 hours massage. Ask for Zeke if you go! The atmosphere was perfect and very comfortable. After the massage Zeke greeted with me with a glass of water and took me to the waiting area to wait for my manicure and pedicure. The woman came and got me and took me to a separate room. It was like walking into a completely different spa. The chairs are outdated, the towels all looked worn, the small room with 2 chairs just didn’t seem to fit. For being an upscale spa I expected MUCH more! The color selection was very limited and she rushed through the entire thing. There were bubbles in my fingernails from where she painted them too quickly and like the previous poster said, she took me to a separate room to dry my toenails and never returned. I waited patiently for about 15 – 20 minutes with a small fan and got my things to go. Unfortunately the small fan they have wasn’t much for completely drying my toenails. As soon as I left there were ripples in my toenails from where the polish underneath wasn’t dry and scrunched up when I hit something. It has now been 3 days and all of my fingernails and toenails have chips. If you’re going for the massage, I highly recommend them but STAYAWAY from the manicures and pedicures, they are an overpriced RIPOFF!

A more casual day spa that doesn’t lack in craftsmanship. A lot of the other spas I’d been to in Charlotte were the kind that you felt like you were violating someone by speaking above a whisper or stepping too loudly. My first impression of this spa was that it was much more welcoming and inviting of you as a person instead of just as a client. Super friendly and efficient welcome desk– I was greeted heartily like they’d known me for awhile. I stopped in to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure done. I found both of my services done above my level of expectation. They have a great environment at Oasis without seeming like they take themselves too seriously. I could tell that everyone who works there gets along well together and enjoys their job– something that always makes me glad to use a business. Not real sure what the deal was with the other two people who left bad reviews except that they were written a year ago and that things are pretty different there now. I will definitely be going back!

Called multiple times to make an appt. When I finally got one for the same day they called me back to cancel. I was getting on a plane the next day to go to a wedding. 7 months later I was able to get an appt only to have a horrible pedi. Paint chipped off 2 days later. Color selection was limited. They take you into a different room to let your nails dry, but no one checked on me or instructed what to do when I was done. They really do not take care of their customers. Also, my manicurist was on the phone when I got to the spa and was late getting to me due to being on the phone. She was constantly looking at the phone and was tense. Making me stressed out. So much for relaxing.

I was in Charlotte as the MOH for my friend’s wedding. She had booked us a ‘spa day for two’ which included two facials, two massages and two manicures. We were really excited and had been looking forward to it for weeks. When we showed up the women told us that she only had us down for one service each. We waited in the waiting area for quite some time hoping they could figure out. Another woman came out and apologized, and said multipe times«I always repeat back the service when making the booking.» In other words — sorry ladies but it is your fault not ours. My friend says she is certain she didn’t even speak to that particular woman when making the booking. It is one thing that they messed up the appt but the fact that they obviously didn’t care or seem to want to fix it was really insulting. Pretty upsetting for my poor bride. We left and went to another spa so at least I have the satisfaction of knowing they lost at least $ 400 that day.
