After my most recent visit I was like I need to go back and take away a star. I purchased some items online back on Black Friday for Christmas Gifts and had to return. It clearly says on my shipping form for easy returns that I could return/exchange at the store or through shipping. So of course I chose through store. All I wanted to do was exchange the jeans we had purchased for a smaller size. But I was told that I cannot exchange the jeans, that I needed to do a refund. Of course, because the jeans were not on sale for the price I purchased. I don’t want to argue with everyone so fine give me my refund. Which btw, I am still waiting for to be returned to my bank account. SOSLOW. and this store was a hot mess on my visit. I have never seen it this way. And the way it was, it clearly did not happen over night or in one day. Trying to search through jeans was almost impossible because they were literally strewn all over the place. Going to the fitting room was like walking through the amazon jungle of clothes. The mess and clutter just didn’t stop. The worst visit ever. It is a good thing I like Old Navy overall because based on this visit it should be a solid two stars.

Pretty pleased with this Old Navy, which is in a hopping shopping center on the outskirts of Northlake Mall. I’ve stopped in several times & they’ve been really consistent. The employees greet you immediately as you walk in the store & several displays invite you to shop the latest looks. Clothes are neatly organized, arranged & the store itself is pretty large. Lighting is bright — which is a plus when determining the true color of the clothing. I was really happy when I called ahead today looking for a particular belt. The employee had someone pull it for me & it was waiting for me when I got there. Gotta love customer service! Be mindful of their parking situation, as they share it with several other shops in the area.
