Pelkey’s Blueberries

Beautiful grounds, delicious blueberries and they allow dogs!
Feels like old-​time Vermont every time I’m there. Rows and rows of blueberries a short distance from Charlotte town center.
They have a winery next door. I’ve been tried it, but I’m sure lots of people are drawn to the winery and then end up picking blueberries or vice versa.
A lovely tranquil place to unwind and just be.
Highly recommend.

Since my friend introduced me to Pelkey’s a few weeks ago, I’ve been back several times. They have row after row after row of bushes bursting with berries, clearly very well established, and the price can’t be beat. All my friends and family members will be getting blueberry jam and blueberry pie filling for Christmas, and they can’t wait!
Perhaps the most impressive endorsement I can offer is that another friend of mine cannot stand blueberries, and has spent years avoiding them. Nothing could get him to like them. Much to my astonishment, this year Pelkey’s berries convinced him otherwise, and now he won’t eat blueberries from anywhere else.
This is a great place to go with friends and family of all ages, and a great way to pick up materials for homemade gifts if you’re so inclined.
