The Management and employees in the office DON’T by all means care about its residents or it’s problem what’s so ever. Customer service and satisfaction is abysmal especially Claudia who is the property manager, the worst kind you can ever come across. As a housekeeping Supervisor of a hotel I know what customer satisfaction is all about especially for the Hilton brand. As a resident every answer to an issue or problem i have within my apartment is «It’s not my Yob»(Job). Beautiful Landscaping? Where? This complex has the most horrible childrens play ground i have ever seen, an empty lot they call a tennis court, two dirty broke down laundry areas and the pool on off seasons is never properly covered. The fencing around the complex is old and broken to which parts of the fencing is missing and any one can just walk and barge on through as they see fit which explain the high percentage of apartment break-ins. Security is just as good as their customer service. I have had discussions with residents which have bed bug issues from previous renters, i myself have had a termite problems which you may not know peak and swarm during certain times of the year and management said this was not an emergency. It states they have 24-hour emergency maintence which is a LIE. I had an issue with my refrigerator which caused my food to keep spoiling. It’s took 5 maintence visits, 4 frustrating upset trips to the management office, 4 gallons of spoiled milk, 2 dozen spoiled eggs, countless hot juice boxes for my daughters to finally get them to give me a new refrigerator. So go ahead and check the website out so you can laugh at the amount they want for their apartments and the quality they will provide you with. NOTWORTHIT! STAYCLEAROFTHISCOMPLEXANDMANAGEMENTCOMPANY. THEYJUSTWANTYOURMONEY! But i say go ahead if you want the experience of a life time! RECALL! RECALL! RECALL!
