This review is for the amazing receptionist, Sabrina White. This is for our visit back in Feb 2015. A group of us needed cheap room for the night after a long weekend of a convention. We were waiting for our flights the next morning. She was extremely nice to us and had AMAZING customer service skills. We were a total of 8 and she was able to accommodate us with next to each other rooms. She personally made sure all of us were comfortable after our long day. We truly appreciated her kindness.

This hotel is a dump. And the staff was very unfriendly. The rooms are poorly maintained, the bathroom is small and uncomfortable. Some upsides was the free Wi-Fi and Continental breakfast(NOBACON or breakfast meat). Bottom line I would not recommend this«Quality”-Inn in Charlotte, NC.

After a flight cancellation we were stuck in Charlotte. This hotel seemed fine for a night. Outward appearances aside(run-down, in need of a paint job, not the best neighborhood), the from desk rep was kind but didn’t give us much info about the hotel. The rooms were mediocre at best. And update is most definitely needed. The was small and old(old scum stains in the tub), the tile was cracked, & the towel bar needed mending. While the beds were comfortable, the TV was old & didn’t offer many channels. There’s wasn’t any area information in the room whatsoever and the front desk was not very helpful regarding the«going-ins» in the area. Rather disappointed.
