I would like to start off by saying if your not sure you want to rent with this company… DON’T!!! Long story short, I found a house that we liked. I filled out the application with all the information that they needed. Immediately after I applied I found that I made a mistake and wanted a refund. I spoke with David Draddy and he told me once the application is filled out it automatically runs your report and does all the work. How can that be when they didn’t have my SS# to begin with nor did they have my wife’s application. So my application was incomplete and they ran all my information and immediately told me that I would not be approved and that the fee was non refundable. You can always refund customers money if they are unhappy especially when its the beginning stages of the application. I feel cheated as a customer and if I owned that house would probably change property management!!! This is probably the reason why this particular house has been on the market for while. Customer service makes the different and when I spoke to Mr. Draddy I felt I was being lied directly to my face. Total scam!!!

My roommate and I left the rental property in near-perfect condition when we left, which was an OUTSTANDING improvement than its condition when we moved in. There were scuffs all over the walls, the vents were extremely dirty, and there were stains on the carpet. Upon move-out, we cleaned, we vacuumed, had the carpets cleaned and deodorized… Out of the $ 950 we paid for our security deposit AND $ 750 in pet fees, we are only getting $ 116 back. That is 6.8% of the deposit and pet fee. We are being charged $ 203 to replace ONE section of blinds(probably about 4 times what they are worth at maximum), $ 385 for 11 hours of backyard cleaning(which we completed when we moved out), and $ 209 for repairing the A/C that was completely fine when my roommate and I moved out. In addition, Dean was going to charge us $ 250 to have the carpets cleaned but when I said I had proof that this task had been completed, he suddenly removed the $ 250 charge. Real Property Management Charlotte Metro does not care about its tenants, RIPSOFFITSTENANTS, and we advise anyone to NEVER rent from this company.
