I made two separate purchases here. I purchased a contouring pillow and a Purefit Wedge System. I am unable to use either because they create pain in neck and back. The sales clerk was confident both would serve my needs. My friend returned her Purefit Wedge System as it created issues in her back. But this was at a different franchise location in KY. She had a wonderful experience at her KY store. She encouraged me to return it. I asked for return. One of the sales clerks smiled and snickered at my request. Rude and inappropriate. This shop lacks expertise to help with specific individual needs. Products are way over priced. Best to go to a physical therapist and obtain trained expert advice. And, they can order needed product or guide you were to purchase at much lower price. This will save you money! I am disappointed with this Park Road.

I only went in to check out these sweet zero gravity recliners because of a mailer I got from them (& they are right next to Duckworth’s).
The chairs I loved, but the prices are crazy (for me). They have mattresses & incline boards as well as other little things related to relaxing and your back.
Luckily, the only salesperson was helping someone with mattresses, so I got to browse without bother.
I’d probably go again to try something out, but I’d definitely try to find it for less elsewhere.
