I have been wanting to try this for the longest time and am finally happy to say I did! I walked over to the Mint Museum and ordered myself a Rainbow Bowl without Granola and added Almond Butter! It was delicious! I got a large and it was perfect for lunch! It acai was frozen and then blended. The fruit was perfectly diced. Must got to Food Truck in Charlotte!

This is a great place! Love the Acai (awesome Amazon berry) and the fresh ingredients. I work across the street and grab this for lunch and/​or dinner frequently. Sure it is tough for some people to refrain from eating some form of meat for every meal but Rico’s Acai products hold you over and satisfy hunger. Don’t forget it is completely delish!
