Sefas Cleaning

Unfortunately, Erik K is correct — ever since the Living Social coupons came out they have been very hard to get a hold of and often do not return calls for days at a time.
HOWEVER, once you can get on the calendar and schedule a regular cleaning they are extremely reliable and do a fantastic job. I have been using them for over 2 years and only ever had 1 complaint about a cleaning. They come every 2 weeks and the house always looks amazing.

Doesn’t seem to return calls — write them off as unreliable.
A few months ago, I bought a cleaning package from Sefas through LivingSocial. At about the beginning of November, I decided I wanted to use it, so I called Sefas and left a message. I didn’t receive a call back, so after 10 days, I called and left another message. Again, no response. About 3 weeks from my original message, I called LivingSoical, who indicated they would reach out to Sefas on my behalf. Another week later, Sefas still had not contacted me — at this point I had been trying to reach Sefas for about a month with no response, so LivingSocial refunded my money.
I understand a LivingSocial deal might make a business busy, but about 3 months passed between the time the deal was offered and when I tried to use it — surely 3 months after the deal, they should have been able to return a phone call, especially in the month that elapsed.
