Servpro

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. I dealt with servpro of North Central Mecklenberg county and had an awful experience. It took them over 2 months to do a job that shouldnt have taken more than a week. I have called them numerous times to ask for a full invoice so I could get reimbursed from my insurance co and they refuse to provide me with it. The owner Billy will not call me back. And the general number is a joke I left 2 messages and then I finally spoke to an operator who said the person handling the complaints will call me back and never did. I am ready to call my credit card co. the attorney general and get my lawyer involved. Avoid Servpro at all costs unless you enjoy awful service and lousy customer satisfaction.
