Silos South End

You hear everything from your neighbors. So there should be no expectation of sleep when you move in. My neighbors have regular 3am parties during the week. It is just pure torture. The key fobs rarely ever works. A random resident has to let you into your own apt building every time (without fail). It turns out to be more expensive than uptown apt when you factor in their price gouging Wi-​Fi, cable and garbage disposal costs. Not to mention that you have to either pay for train or parking at work. It is just not worth it.
The carbon copy chicks in the office appear chirpy and nice — even when they are asking you to pay an additional $ 50 for a lost parking past. By the way, your guests can’t park in the apartment complex. They will be towed.
The complex is clean apart from the other residents that leave bags of dog poop every and anywhere, even outside your door. The people who live upstairs are smokers who drop tons of cigarette butts on my porch. The gym though is really great for an apt complex.

The Silos is easily the best apartment in Charlotte when you consider the floorplan, location and amenities. The price is on the higher side for Charlotte but coming from Atlanta I don’t mind it.

My experience was so wonderful I felt compelled to write a review and I haven’t even moved into my apartment.
I’m relocating to Charlotte from Chicago and spent many weeks researching apartments and reading countless reviews. Silos had the most positive reviews so I made this my first stop on my list of complexes I visited. It was my first and ONLY stop. From the minute I walked into the leasing office I felt welcomed and comfortable. Jessica was the person who I worked with and her enthusiasm for Silos is obvious and encouraging.
If you are relocating here you read a lot about amenities. Silos really does have all the amenities they have on their website. I saw them for myself so they do exist. Jessica took the time to listen to my situation and found me the best apartment that will work perfectly for my personal and professional needs. Once I decided on my apartment, the application process was simple and painless. Jessica again made everything so easy.
So far my Silos experience has been beyond excellent and I’m very happy I decided to make this my home.

I normally wouldn’t think to write a review about an apartment complex, but my experience with maintenance at Silos today prompted me to.
I’m a current resident (moved in in January) and besides the beautiful apartments, pristine amenities, and friendly staff, its worth saying the Maintenance team at Silos is AWESOME.
I never realized how great it would be to live in a complex with an efficient, effective, and fast maintenance team that gets things DONE! Having a team like this now, makes it so obvious that I could never live anywhere else.
At Silos they keep the standards high, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the quality of life here. Being able to put in a maintenance request and have it taken care of in less than 24 hours is something I couldn’t go without now. And also something I never knew could be so great.
So I mean, theres a ton of great things about Silos, but the maintenance staff is one thing that probably doesn’t get enough credit, and a potential renter wouldn’t necessarily think about! Rest assured, living at Silos makes life easier and more enjoyable.

The staff at Silos South End is really great to work with. We have several clients that have selected this community and they are really happy with their choice. Exquisite detailing and an environment that feels like you are living in a big city. I highly recommend leasing at Silos.
