Sleep Inn University Place

Pretty nice place in a nice area. The room was very nice and had a great layout. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The only negative was hearing other people leaving early in the morning. The doors for the rooms naturally slam shut so they are pretty loud. Other than that it was very pleasant.

First time in this hotel nor bad at all. staff are genuinely friendly. breakfast is included which is mediocre. The rooms are nice clean. FYI there are no tubs only showers but it wasn’t really that bad I would definitely come back here

I bought a discounted deal from a third party– don’t waste time being cheap. I got to this place, and the only room available was a smoking room. The smoking room was on the 2^nd floor, so of course the smoke rises to all the other floors. Genius? The smell was disgusting, my skin started inching, and I checked out within 5 minutes.
From my experiences, I know now NOT to go through a third party because if anything happens, messes up, you will not be refunded. Always take a look at the room first before buying. And be willing to spend more to avoid a smok– free, itch-​free night!

First time at a Sleep Inn. Pleasantly surprised for the price. Found this location easy to find, located near the campus to visit our daughter at college. Comfortable rooms and I’m a very picky pillow person! Top-​notch as they are «down». The desk manager (Sam) was pleasant and friendly. Temporary construction around the area, but managed to not be a bother. Only suggestion would be to update the hallway carpet. We’ll definitely be back!

Five stories, interior entrances, elevator.
If you are not familiar with the Sleep Inn concept, the room design is compact. My queen bed room included a shower only bathroom (the standard for Sleep Inn), comfortable bed, hi def tv, microfridge and strong wifi signal. Pleasant two night stay. Everything was clean, heat/​air worked well, and the surroundings were quiet. Hot water did take a little longer than expected to reach a comfortable temperature for a shower.
The free breakfast buffet did include eggs and sausage and yogurt along with cereal, breads, and fruits.
In front of the hotel are a Bojangle’s and a Shoney’s restaurant.

Very small rooms but nice and clean. They do have good breakfast. The only complaint would be the the stink of smoking in the lobby and the floor I stayed in.

Overall okay, looked like an old hotel that was remodeled rooms are very small but nice and clean. Not a whole lot of seating for breakfast. They also allow dogs which woke me up barking and the so called extra seating on the second floor (3 seats) wreaked of cigarette smoke. Breakfast buffet was waffles, eggs, meats, cereal, fruit, breads, about like most, not bad. About $ 73 a night with military discount

I’ve been stay there for 2 nights. Nice decoration in guest room, feel like home. It’s a lil bit small but have everything you need.

Excellent Choice property in heart of university area. It’s located right across from university hospital and it’s very convent since lot of breakfast/​fast food/​Restaurants are in walking distance.
I had guest coming over for a family function so I reserved few rooms at rhos hotel for them to stay. Their staff was very friendly and very curious in giving me a special rate since I was getting few rooms for whole weekend. I had the opportunity to talk to their GM where I was able to get twenty five percent off my already discounted price.
Now, I was afraid that my guest wouldn’t receive the special attention they would give to their regular customer but l was wrong, the discounted price didn’t matter. My guest were pretty happy with their stay here and insisted they would defiantly stay here again if they were coming back to visit me. Hopefully I wouldn’t have to pay for it next time LOL
