Fabulous products and stellar customer service.
I’ve been using a few Small Keys products for a couple of years now, and the handmade soaps (especially the beer soaps!) make excellent gifts.
I recently special-​ordered some bridal shower favors (small bars of soap) from Small Keys and was really impressed by the customer service. Toni presented several options for custom-​wrapping and labeling, and the finished product was adorable. Her turnaround time was really quick, too.
Toni was so easy to work with that I went to her again as I was assembling welcome bags for out-​of-​town wedding guests. This time I went for the Peppermint Lip Balm, again with a custom wrap. I loved being able to support a small business and provide guests with something handmade and useful

She has a great product in a great location for her physical shop. I like to buy the home made soap and seaweed mask. It works very well. My only negative is I’ve been waiting for a hour for the shop to open and she still isn’t here. So I’m guessing you’re better off catching someone in the afternoon than at the actual opening time.
