Absolutely wonderful!!! HUGE thanks goes to these guys! Our roof was basically shot to make a long story short. With every phone call, email, text, etc I made/​sent the response was very quick and very detailed. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon the owner came out and did the quote for the roof and everything went just as he said. No delays or surprises. Which is a huge plus being I’ve been burned a few times from previous contractors in the past. They really know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone! We have a few more projects and we will def use only them going forward. A+++

Excellent service! I recently purchased a new home and had a home inspection completed that noted a variance in the color of shingles. Although the home inspector did not believe the difference in the shingles appearance presented a structural problem, I wanted the opinion of an expert in the field. I contacted Mr. Brandon Johnson (owner) to see if he would review the report and provide his opinion on the matter. I have to admit, I felt a little silly inquiring about this since the house is new construction, but I wanted to be certain. Mr. Johnson was happy to review the report and even offered to inspect the roof. He concluded that the variance in shingle color was most likely improper granule mixing when the shingles were fabricated. Moreover, he felt certain that this should not have an effect on the integrity of the shingles. Even though this was a minute request in the grand scheme of things, Mr. Johnson took his time and provided top-​notch customer service. I would recommend Southern Star Roofing & Construction to anyone!

I utilized Southern Star roofing for a gutter cleaning, roof inspection, and also power washing of my home and driveway. They did an excellent job on all of the services and I also must add that Brandon was incredibly helpful and responsive to all customer concerns. Another thing I like about Southern Star is that they provide before and after photos of services, which really shows how much of a difference was made. After the power washing my driveway went from a dirty brown to a clean concrete gray and my home exterior was glowing. If you are looking for affordable service for your home this certainly is a company you should give a call.

Brandon was great. I had no idea on the length of my gutters, but he was able to tell what I needed over the phone. VERY easy to work with. Responsive via email and phone. They kept the appointment and was on time. Good experience.
